The cutest little ice cream shop in Uptown Waterloo. There are too many delicious flavours to pick just one but if I had to, it’d probably be the salted caramel!

Lattes, espressos and other speciality drinks for take-out! Also have a great assortment of curated beans to take home!
Bibimbap @ Taste of Seuol
The bowls (chicken, beef, salmon) are amazing as well as make sure you try the spicy chicken wings!

La Fromegerie on Lexington
Cutest little specialty cheese shop! My three go to's are the Crack - super creamy, melt in your mouth treat, the black peppercorn, perfect to pair with some meats and their pineapple cheese for a little sweet kick. Honourable mention: the caramelized onion cheese!
Debrodnik’s Donut
Their peanut butter with chocolate cream is my favourite! They have a lot of unique flavours but you have to order early cuz they sell out fast!

Located right by the river in beautiful St. Jacobs, this brewery has awesome blondes and ales.
Make sure you try the Jaromic Czech Lager!
Burgers @ Dana Shortt
Dana Shortt has lots of awesome frozen goodies, like whole meal kits and quesadillas, but one hidden secret is the burgers with cheese in them, perfect for grilling!

Skip the fire hazard all together and pick up some takeout at Burger Priest, located in the old Dairy Queen location on King St.

La Patisserie Fine Cakes & Pastries Inc.
La Patisserie is a little hidden away on Gage St. but they have an assortment of baked goods and mini cakes. Their loaf cakes are perfect for taking home. You can freeze them to enjoy them longer!
The Crumby Cookie Dough
If you love to eat cookie dough, you have to go here! The cutest retro vibe. I’ve yet to try all the flavours but enjoyed their One Tart To Rule Them All!
Noon Moment
Not your typical bubble tea joint, they offer a lot of fresh fruit drinks too! I love their Mango Diamond, filled with lots of real mango chunks. If you want to try something different though, check out their Taro Fresh Milk with Pudding. It’s a little chunky but a personal favourite!
