La Fromagerie on Lexington

Cindy worked as an interior designer all her life but she was also a huge foodie.  After a long career, she was looking to modify a bit and step by step, things fell into place that pushed her forward to ultimately open a fromagerie in KW. She had been designing charcuterie boards for her clients too, and for her, food presentation was also design.

"It takes you through an experience. You create it into something appealing and it still uses your creativity - although it’s much easier than moving around couches!”

For Cindy, specialty is about service, and service, is about time spent and letting people know they matter. Whether you are just trying cheeses for the first time or you’ve been a long time cheese lover, Cindy genuinely enjoys guiding you through what you normally like so you can perhaps discover something new.
